Kingwood
Back to Sara's Communities

Kingwood is indeed the Livable Forest™ with something for everyone. You'll find everything that today's families could want nestled among 14,000 acres of natural beauty and lush pine forests. There is a spectacular greenbelt system that winds its way through more than 57 miles of majestic trees connecting neighborhood villages to parks, pools, shopping areas, restaurants, businesses and schools.

Young residents attend award-winning Kingwood schools, part of the prestigious Humble Independent School District. More than 96 percent of the Kingwood High School seniors go on to attend college. And during the 1993-94 school year these senior students earned more than $3.5 million in college scholarships.

Home shoppers can choose from several well planned Kingwood villages from new home construction. Each village offers something distinctive to suit the lifestyle needs of families, young professionals, empty nesters or retirees.
