Contract/Escrow
To Closing
Your experienced agent is with you every step of the way.
- Property is put in
contract pending.
- Open title and deposit
Earnest Money into Escrow.
- Deliver copies of the
contract to all parties including your mortgage
company.
- Make sure all
inspections are done in a timely manner and
contingencies are removed.
- Assist with negotiation
and repairs by seller.
- Follow through to make
sure Appraisal is ordered by the Mortgage Company,
your file is complete and submitted to underwriting,
and the loan is approved and survey is ordered.
- Help obtain Hazard
Insurance.
- Make final walk-through
inspection of the property before closing.
- Set closing dates and
notify all parties.
- Answer any questions at
closing while you and the seller sign and transfer
title to your name.
- Congratulations! Your
home is ready for you to move in.
